These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the VinoLibano.CH website and the purchase of wines and related services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
You must have reached the legal drinking age in your country of residence (18+ in Switzerland) to be able to order alcoholic products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if your age cannot be verified.
3. Products & Availability
Products are subject to availability. Vintages, labels and packaging may vary. Tasting notes are for information purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of flavour.
4. Prices
Prices are quoted in CHF and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders & Contract
A binding contract is formed as soon as we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders for legitimate reasons, including where we suspect resale.
6. Payment
The accepted payment methods are listed at the checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Delivery
We deliver exclusively to addresses within Switzerland. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Recipients must be of legal drinking age and may be asked to present proof of age.
8. Tastings, gifts & travel
Bookings for tastings, gift services and wine tours are subject to availability and the specific booking terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking.
9. Right of withdrawal & returns
Please see our refund and returns policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
11. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, photographs and text on this website are the property of VinoLibano.CH or are licensed to VinoLibano.CH and may not be used without written permission.
12. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
13. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of VinoLibano GmbH, subject to mandatory provisions of consumer law (including the consumer’s right to bring proceedings in their place of residence).
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. The version published on our website at the time of your order shall apply.
