We offer two convenient ways to receive your VinoLibano wines: postal delivery directly to your door, or self-collection from our partner restaurant Sama Beirut in Thalwil.
🚚 Option 1 — Postal Delivery
Delivery Area
We deliver exclusively to addresses within Switzerland.
Carrier & Packaging
All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. Your wines are carefully packed in protective wine-safe packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed before 12:00 noon are generally dispatched the same business day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by region.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders of CHF 150 or more.
- Orders under CHF 150: flat rate of CHF 9.90.
- Prices include VAT.
Receiving Your Delivery
The recipient must be of legal drinking age (18+). If no one is available, Swiss Post will leave a collection notice. Please ensure an adult is available to receive the delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@vinolibano.ch with photos and your order number. We will resolve it promptly.

Pick up your wines at our partner restaurant Sama Beirut in Thalwil — one of the finest Lebanese restaurants in the region and the perfect setting for VinoLibano wines.

Collection Hours
- Tuesday to Sunday: 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Monday: closed
On public holidays, opening hours may differ. Please always check current times at samabeirut.ch or call ahead: 044 558 83 57.
Collection Process
- Place your order as usual on vinolibano.ch.
- Select "Self-Collection at Sama Beirut, Thalwil" at checkout.
- You will receive a collection confirmation by email once your order is ready (usually within 1–2 business days).
- Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID when collecting.
Cost
Self-collection is free of charge — no shipping fee applies.
