We offer two convenient ways to receive your VinoLibano wines: delivery by post directly to your home or self-collection at our partner restaurant Sama Beirut in Thalwil.

🚚 Option 1 - Delivery by post

Delivery area

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland.

Shipping provider & packaging

Shipping is handled by Swiss Post. Your wines will be delivered in secure, wine-appropriate packaging to ensure optimal protection during transport.

Delivery times

    • Standard delivery: 2-4 working days after order confirmation.

    • Delivery times are non-binding estimates and may vary depending on the region.

Shipping costs

    • 1 to 6 bottles CHF 15.0
    • 7 to 12 bottles CHF 20.0
    • Shipping is free for purchases over CHF 150.

    Prices include VAT.

    Receipt of delivery

    The recipient must be of legal age (18+). If the recipient is not home, the delivery person will leave a notification from the post office. Please ensure that an adult is available to accept the delivery.

    Damaged or faulty deliveries

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at info@vinolibano.ch with photos and your order number. We will take care of it immediately.

    🏪 Option 2 — Self-collection at Restaurant Sama Beirut

    Pick up your wines conveniently at our partner restaurant Sama Beirut in Thalwil — one of the best Lebanese restaurants in the region and therefore the perfect place for VinoLibano wines.

    Opening hours for collection

      • Tuesday to Sunday: 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

      • Monday: Closed

    Self-collection process

      • Order as usual at vinolibano.ch.

      • At checkout, select the option "Self-collection at Sama Beirut, Thalwil".

      • You will receive a collection confirmation by email as soon as your order is ready (usually within 1-2 working days).

      • Please bring your confirmation email and an ID with you when you pick up your order.

    Cost

    Self-collection is free — no shipping fee.
