Pale lemon-yellow with grey-green highlights — crystal clear. Flint and silex on the nose followed by delicate florals. Saline, lightly iodic notes; long mineral finish of rare precision.

Seafood, fish, oysters. Lebanese fish mezze, grilled sea bass, hummus with seafood.
Weinberg Und Terroir
0.5 ha — the first Pinot Gris ever planted in Lebanon (1998). Claylimestone at 1,200 m, south/southeast exposure. Saline minerality unique to this site.
Weinbereitung
Hand-harvested in early August. 2week stainless steel fermentation, 8 months in stainless steel. No malolactic. Residual sugar 0.2 g/l.
