Weinberg Und Terroir
High-altitude Qanafar vineyards at 1,100 m. Mineral-rich soils and dramatic temperature swings concentrate flavour while preserving acidity.
Weinbereitung
Minimal-intervention winemaking by Hiba Salloum. Small-batch fermentation with extended maceration, aged in French oak to integrate tannin and depth.
