AURORA WINES · BATROUN · NORTH LEBANON Deep garnet. Complex nose of black cherry, ripe plum and blackcurrant. Medium-bodied with firm yet refined tannins, secondary notes of mocha, dark chocolate and a whisper of mint. Long, persistent finish — the signature of cool Batroun mountain nights.

farming with organic fertilisers.

Weinbereitung

Hand-harvested at 8 clusters per
vine.Aged 12 months in French oak
(30% new), giving structure and a
delicate vanilla note while the terroir
remains the central voice.
